Yes, you can! First of all, as a normal user, you use Pro Boking for free and it only requires a short registration with your e-mail and a password.
Moreover, right now we offer a trial of the Pro Booking PRO version for free. You are able to test creating your own offers and appointments as well as inviting your customers to book an appointment with you. Just click after the registration on ‚Upgrade‘ and choose the right upgrade package for you.
It is necessary to upgrade your profile, to be able to not only book appointments but also create your own. If you haven’t used Pro Booking yet, register yourself first. Then click in the menu on ‚Upgrade‘ and choose your favorized upgrade package. After connecting your Pro Booking account with PayPal, you can use all Pro Booking features for free within three months. After this time you are free to choose if you like to continue. If yes, we will automatically withdraw the user fee for the new month from your PayPal account. You can change your mind monthly by canceling your account.
You can change your profile when you are logged in the app or web and click in the menu on ‚profile‘. Change your profile picture or add your mobile number. If you like to change your log-in password, you currently only do so in the web version.
To have your customers choose and book your appointments, you just need to invite them to Pro Booking. It takes only two clicks. Click in the menu on ‚Customers‘ and add the email address of your customer. Your customer will receive an email with the registration link. As soon as the customer is registered, they see your open appointments and can book it immediately.
In case you have all your customers in an Excel list or CSV-export, you could send it to support@probooking.de. We will add your customers and send them the invitations.
Everything for the synchronization of your appointments within Pro Booking with your calendar you will find in the ‚Settings‘. Simply create and click on the link to synchronize your calendars.
